To the Lord's Prayer

What has God commanded us to ask of Him? 

• All the things we need for body and soul, 
• as included in the prayer which Christ our Lord Himself taught us. 

What is the Lord’s Prayer? 

Our Father who art in heaven, 

Hallowed be Thy Name. 

Thy kingdom come, 

Thy will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. 

Give us this day our daily bread; 

And forgive us our debts, As we also have forgiven our debtors; 

And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. 

For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory for ever. 

Amen.
