To My Creator and Faithful Eternal Father
Q. What do you believe when you say: I believe in God the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth?
A. That the eternal Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who out of nothing created heaven and earth
and all that is in them,

Exodus 20:11 For in six days the LORD made the
heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in
them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the
Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

Psalm 33:6 By the word of the Lord the heavens
were made, and all the host of them by the breath
of His mouth.
Isaiah 44:24 Thus says the Lord, “Your Redeemer,
and He who formed you from the womb:” I am the
Lord, who makes all things, who stretches out the
heavens all alone, who spreads abroad the earth by
Myself…”
Acts 4:24 So when they heard that, they raised
their voice to God with one accord and said: “Lord,
You are God, who made heaven and earth and the
sea, and all that is in them…”
Acts 14:15 …and saying, “Men, why are you doing
these things? We also are men with the same nature
as you, and preach to you that you should turn from
these useless things to the living God, who made
the heaven, the earth, the sea, and all things that
are in them….
and who still upholds and governs them
by His eternal counsel and providence,

Psalm 104:27-30
- These all wait for You, that You may give them their food in due season.
- What You give them they gather in; You open Your hand, they are filled with good.
- You hide Your face, they are troubled; You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust.
- You send forth Your Spirit, they are created; and You renew the face of the earth.
Matthew 10:29 “Are not two sparrows sold for a
copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground
apart from your Father’s will…”
Ephesians 1:11 In Him also we have obtained
an inheritance, being predestined according to the
purpose of Him who works all things according to
the counsel of His will…
is, for the sake of Christ His Son,
my God and my Father.

John 1:12,13
- But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:
- who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
- For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”
- The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God…
- But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,
- to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.
- And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” 7
- Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Psalm 55:22 Cast your burden on the Lord, and
He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the
righteous to be moved.
Matthew 6:25,26
- “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?
- Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? …”
- Then He said to His disciples, “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on.
- Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.
- Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds?
- And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
- If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest?
- Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
- If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith?
- And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind.
- For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things.
- But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you…”

Genesis 18:14 “Is anything too hard for the
LORD? At the appointed time I will return to you,

Romans 8:31-39
- What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
- He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
- Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.
- Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
- Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
- As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”
- Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
- For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,
- nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Matthew 6:32,33
- “For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
- But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you…”
- “Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?
- Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent?
- If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! …”
